Hi, we’re TeamSolomons
They say that home is where the heart is, and we’ve found that adage to be completely true.
When Paul entered the field of real estate back in the 80’s he did so with the mission of helping individuals and families find not just a house, but a home. His love of architecture, coupled with a healthy ‘can-do-DIY’ attitude when it comes to home renovations, has made him the well-rounded broker he is today, someone who can not only point out the little details of a house that make it so special but also provide tips and tricks for maintaining a home that only comes with years of experience and hands-on learning.
His expertise in real estate extends from residential to commercial, notably working with an Authority of the city of Toronto for over 12 years. Similarly, he has worked with several of the largest builders of both residential and commercial properties in acquiring future development sites.
His dedication to his clients, as well as his unwavering integrity, have resulted in multi-year wins of the Chairman's Award for sales excellence.
Growing up, Ilana and Beth constantly heard stories of life as a Toronto real estate agent and spent many a Saturday exploring the neighbourhoods of Toronto as Paul would point out, ‘I sold that house’, or a feature that may not be obvious to a casual observer.
The most important lesson he passed on, however, was to be an honest and integral person. This is the core principal of TeamSolomons, and an ethos that our team brings to every transaction and project we work on.
